Make Your Own Bath Salts

Soothing Bath Salts: Bath salts are great to pour into the bath for relaxing aroma therapy.This will not only help to soothe sore muscles and detoxify it also can be a good way to use essential oils for spacific problems (Lavender, Chamomile and Ylang Ylang are known to be relaxing stress)

Ingredients:

1 cup Sea Salt (fine)

1 cup Epsom Salt 1/2 cup Baking Soda

1 tsp Vegetable Glycerin

2 tsp Vegetable oil

Essential oil of choice

Directions:

Mix your salt, and baking soda together. Combine your oils, glycerin. Add your liquid to your dry ingredients and blend together. Store salts in an air tight container this will keep your Essential oil from dissipating.
