Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

(Stevia Recipe)

1 Cup All Purpose Flour

2 cups regular oats

1 1/2 teaspoons SlimSweet

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup hot water

1/2 cup oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Chocolate Chips (about 1 cup or to taste)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees, spray a cookie sheet. Mix flour, slimsweet and cinnamon in small bowl. Mix oats and baking soda in a large bowl. Pour hot water over oat mixture and mix. Add oil and vanilla to oat mix, mix well. Add flour mixture to oat mixture, mix well. Add chocolate chips and fold in (if saving dough out of the batch just use chocolate chips in the dough that you use and refrigerate the rest). Place on cookie sheet, and flatten with back of spoon. Cook 13-15 minutes.
(the texture of these cookies change after a few days, they become soft, you might like this but some prefer them fresh out of the oven. So it is recommended that these be made in small batches. The dough can be refrigerated for about 8 to10 days and add chip when you take out dough to bake.
