I Want My Money Back

It seems as though the government has the idea that we work for them and not the other way around. I think that it was inspirational when JFK said, "And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country" . I have always loved my country and have been a true patriot. I pay my taxes, follow the law, raise my children properly and try to be a good steward of the land. I have one son who proudly serves this nation in the armed forces and has seen combat (and thank God He Is Back). I work for my country but my country seems to be taking all for the corporations, the rich and the powerful. I resent the politicians of the past several decades in that it seems that they feel as long as they keep us in survival mode we will not notice what is going on.

GUESS WHAT WE NOTICED!

How can anyone with a brain help but notice food prices going up and pay checks going down (or no pay check at all).

Legislation has routinely been pushed through while everyone is so busy trying to survive . Below is a bill to watch. It (of course) sounds great on the surface, but with close examination you will find a very big problem.

Bill 787 Pending
Clean Water Restoration Act

Senate Bill 787 will change federal jurisdiction over ‚ navigable‚ water, to give the federal government control over all water everywhere, in municipal reservoirs, and on private lands, and in private wells. This bill ignores state water law authority and the Fifth Amendment. of the U.S. Constitution...

Senator Feingold introduced (and gathered 24 co-sponsors already) legislation, S. 787, to fundamentally change the definition of ‚water‚ under control of the federal government:

This bill will change the definition of public water as follows:

(25) WATERS OF THE UNITED STATES - The term `waters of the United States’ means all waters subject to the ebb and flow of the tide, the territorial seas, and all interstate and intrastate waters and their tributaries, including lakes, rivers, streams (including intermittent streams), mudflats, sandflats, wetlands, sloughs, prairie potholes, wet meadows, playa lakes, natural ponds, and all impoundments of the foregoing, to the fullest extent that these waters, or activities affecting these waters, are subject to the legislative power of Congress under the Constitution.'

The first plank of the communist manifesto states:
1. Abolition of private property and the application of all rent to public purpose.
