| Ingredients:
3 green tomatoes 2 chopped and seeded sweet peppers (banana, red bell)
1 to 4 chopped and seeded jalapeno's approximately – mild, medium or hot.
1 large chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
3 cloves crushed garlic
Large pinch of garlic powder
A pinch of pepper flakes
Chop all ingredients and place in saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour salsa in hot jars (pints). Refrigerate for at least one hour to let flavor develop
